Why?

Self improvement, running a business, learning to say no and living the life I want to live right now.

I’ve suffered from depression and anxiety since my teens. This tends to surprise people (if they don’t know me well) because there’s this common misconception that if you’re extroverted or outwardly confident you can’t also be anxious or depressed.

I’ve always been ambitious and was taught from a young age by my parents that anything is possible if you put your mind to it. That doesn’t mean that everything is easy and very often isn’t.

In the last few months I’ve been making a much more conscious effort to remove the obstacles I put in my own way. Things like believing I’m terrible with money or I’m not good enough or that I will do that thing when I reach this money / weight / time milestone. The time is now people!
